Has been instrumental in conducting on his own several symposiums with the blessings of His Holiness Dalai Lama at FICCI and other major show grounds around Delhi and all over India.

He has a large following and understands well and connects with both the cultures with his varied travel experience in the whole of India and abroad. He was unanimously elected as President of Himalaya Buddhist Cultural Association for Delhi State in the year 1991 which was held in Delhi with all the Presidents and Vice Presidents of all the states visiting from all over the Himalayan Region. Is well connected with the Indian politically and commands a good rapport with them.
